Marquise and Swire on the Malta connection

The website of Malta Today publishes opinion pieces by FBI Lockerbie investigator Richard Marquise and by Dr Jim Swire, father of Flora who died aboard Pan Am 103. Mr Marquise's article on the credibility of Maltese shopkeeper Tony Gauci can be read here; and Dr Swire's on his belief that the bomb did not leave from Malta here.

  1. Three questions that Mr Richard Marquise must answer unequivocally - was money paid to the following witnesses at the Lockerbie trial (before or after the event):
    1. The Gauci brothers (Paul and Tony) and/or David Wright;
    2. Technician at Frankfurt International Airport - Bogomira Erac - aka Madame X; and,
    3. Edwin Bollier of Mebo?

  2. After having analysed the documentary "Lockerbie revisited" by Gideon Levy and backed by my own investigations MEBO is convinced that the "Lockerbie conspiracy" to the damage of Libya and Abdelbaset al Megrahi was executed with tampered evidence under the Scottish flag by seven officials ! This could also be the reason for the long procrastination of the whole case in the hope that the criminal dealings of the seven officials fall under the status of limitations.

All the same the biggest fraud in the history of Scotland must be cleared up under all circumstances by a new investigation for the benefit of the bereaved of the 270 victims, the Libyan people and Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi.

Therefore: Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi is not guilty!

  3. Mr Patrick Haseldine, your question to Mr. Richard Maquis is redundant! Mr. Marquise today does not once stand to the fact that he offered me in his office at Washington, up to US$ 4million for immoral statements...

  4. Well, we all know that Mr. Giaka was paid before and after the trial. He was sent to the USA and his family followed. I doubt very much that he had to pay for those journeys and his stay in the US. I havent heard about any business he should be on.
He was one of two main witnesses for the prosecution. The other being Mr. Gauci.
I have sympathy with the clear language Mr. Marquise uses. But to say no money was paid is clearly untrue.
Surely it was not Mr. Marquise´s own wallet.

Many THANKS to Dr. Braeckeleer for his excellent article "Lockerbie: J'accuse"

With his article "Lockerbie: J'accuse"and his expert knowledge in physics and international legal affairs nuclear scientist Dr. Ludwig Braeckeleer has doubtlessly proven that Mr. Megrahi and Libya have nothing to do with the Lockerbie tragedy. His article is apart from some minor details completely based on exonerating and demonstrable evidence compiled already by MEBO (see URL:
    http://www.lockerbie.ch).

The verdict "NOT GUILTY" for Mr. Abdelbaset al Megrahi must follow as a logical consequence !

Megrahi's defence team Duff &Taylor is mainly responsible for the conviction of Mr. Megrahi and Libya because of their refusal to accept technical advice by a professional expert as for example Dr. Breackeleer or Edwin Bollier, the manufacturer of the MST-13 timers.

The Lockerbie case is so complicated because criminal experts did manipulate and conceal the facts to make a Libyan involvement plausible. This was done by manipulation of evidence, falsifying chronologically reports/labels, intimidation of scepticals and bribing witnesses.

In the course of investigations and during the trial only mediocre or corrupt experts were consulted who were not willing or had no chance to disentangle the cleverly arranged macchinations.

Today's state of knowledge can not identify the real perpetrators but an involvement of Libya and Mr. Megrahi can be excluded categorically.

    Demonstrable facts:

1.) No cloths purchase by Mr. Megrahi in Anthony Gauchi's "Mary's House" in Malta.

2.) No bomb bag was loaded on Air Malta KM-180 and transferred to Frankfurt and London Heathrow.

3.) The logical impossibillity that one of the MEBO MST-13 timers
delivered to Libya triggered the bomb blowing up PanAm 103 over Lockerbie. The crucial and later manipulated piece of evidence to implicate Libya in the atrocity, designated as PT-35B, originates from a non-operational brown prototype circuit board with the letter "M"scratched on it.

4.) Wrong and subversive accusation of Libya and Mr.Megrahi by a highly paid Libyan defector, Mr. Magjid Giaka, who received
political asylum and a new identity in the United States.

Dr. Ludwig Breackeleer's article was published in the on-line 'Ohmy News', International World,

  6. Swire began his visits to Libya and had Ghaddafi put a photo of his daughter in Tripoli. Then he visited Libya countless other times and proposed that Libya had nothing to do with PA 103.

Then he supported the Scottish trial idea. When that implicated Libya, then he said "Oh no, we need to appeal, appeal, appeal!"

Jim Swire is in love with Libya. I don't see him as a grieving father. I see him as an extension of Ghaddafi, a sellout.
